"Scam property - avoid!"

Nothing

The property takes a "refundable" security deposit prior to your check-in, which they say will be refunded as soon as you checkout. However, they have provided silly reasons that the curtains were dropped and toilet is blocked so we will not refund the amount. 200 pounds!!! This is a very cheap trick to loot people of their money. Hope booking.com looks into this. Avoid if you have other choices.
