23 Ocean View with Hot Tub available as an additional add on

House was a brilliant size with everything we needed, lovely location

I did find the location convenient, close to the beach; it is advertised as having an ocean view, but you will not see a large part of the ocean, just a small "corner" because of the other caravans and the vegetation.

I wouldn't say I liked that it wasn't too clear when I booked it that we wouldn't have access to the hot tub. It does say in the description that you could have it for an additional cost, but, when I booked it, less than 48 hrs before we travelled, I wasn't given the option to book it. So, it is included if you are starting for 7 nights and it is an additional cost if you are staying for less than that they need a 48hrs notice to be able to prepare it for you (although if someone checked out that morning and used it, I am not really sure how they can clean it and prepare it for you when your check-in is in a few hours...). I communicated to the host the above remarks and this is what their answer was: Good evening Luky, I'm not sure if you have read the property information. As per the Booking.com information, 'The hot tub is included for all bookings 7 nights or more. For stays under 7 nights, the hot tub must be booked 48 hours prior to your arrival at an additional cost per stay.' Best wishes, Jacqui In my opinion, this is such poor customer service, I wouldn't go back to this location just because of this attitude. I didn't expect them to make an exception and allow us to use the tub without paying the additional cost, but I did expect them to offer us the possibility, because, honestly, there are busy people who would book at the last minute and didn't read the full "terms and conditions" section. Something like: "I apologise this wasn't too clear when you made the booking, thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will try to change this in our listing.." and then, if it was possible to prepare the tub, to offer me the chance to pay for it or to say that, due to whatever reasons, we can't prepare it in such a short notice. But never to say that if you didn't read the full description etc you don't have it and deal with it.

Absolutely everything it was spotless comfortable and so luxurious.the beds are super comfy I wish we could have stayed here longer... honestly is such an amazing accommodation

Really large and warm accommodation with very peaceful surroundings. Lots of storage and cooking items.

Beautiful Lodge, very comfortable, beds were really comfortable, lodge was clean, beautifully furnished. Lovely location. Hot tub amazing. Great communication from the owners. Would definitely go back, but for longer next time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very quiet site although early in the season? Very comfortable lodge great beds warm once heating on good little shop on site

Would of liked the hot tub to have been included in the price as it was already there to be used??? £150 to have a dip with the kids not worth it?
