The View and spacious apartment.

The worn out bed sheets and very hard mattress in the room downstairs. Room 1 also very small.

Seaview, clean, selesa, pressure air kuat, aircond sejuk, tv byk movie, wifi ok, pool ok, gym ok dan boleh jogging jgk di tepi laut.. Semua best dan puas hati. Kedai pun byk.. Ada zus coffee jgk.. Love it..

Had a great stay at this lovely duplex! Clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

The stairs are not very safe for children, but as long as there’s a door and a sliding door to block access, it’s still considered safe.

The unit is 083A. It was not clean professionally upon checked in, there were hair everywhere, even on the bed linen. The air conditioner in the living room was broken, stair was damaged and imposed injury risk to children. The kitchen equipments also were not properly clean. You can clearly see the stain on the bowls and plates. There are even broken bowls which are bot usable. Water leakage in the shower room, toilet experienced issue with flushing, washing machine pipe leakage, and the bathroom are not maintained, as you can clearly see the bathroom mold on the wall and floor. Their furnitures are run down and there are dust inside the wardrobe. there are even paint flake felt from the ceiling. They provide unknown shower gel stored in a big plastic bottle, and filled in various store bought, used shampoo bottle, which not only looks cheap and also raised hygiene concerns over the supply. The worst is the Plaster bagworms that’s due to dusty environment. They appeared from the ceiling and furniture then felt on to the bed. Which brings concern to the children as this worm could potentially triggering allergic reactions. The host don’t seems to care about maintaining the unit and rent it out in good condition, instead trying to fix issue when customers complain about it. The building also managed poorly, always will be one or more lifts that is not working, the security guards let the secured door open where everyone can freely roam around the building. The swimming pool was not cleaned at least at daily basis. And the pool itself has a lot of broken tiles which may accidentally cut your body if you are not careful and aware of it. The gym room is also not well maintained and there is an unpleasant, moldy smell inside which makes it impossible to workout in the gym room. If possible I will give 0 points out of 10.
