The location worked! A short walk to the beach. And the park out front was ideal for the kids to run around. Unfortunately, the best part of this stay ends there.

Where to start? There were a number of issues, but to go into them all would take too long. Bottom line, this host must be new at this (at least I hope that's the case). 3 items I need to point out. A. There were no welcome instructions. Zero. How to & where to find keys, how the TV works (Netflix only), that's all on you. 1st rental I have been in where no instructions for anything were left in the unit. B. Bath #2 had a fixture hanging over the sink with no bulbs (lamps) or lens (diffuser) on it. Just a metal backplate and sockets screwed to the wall. C. This was most important...no working smoke detectors in the unit. One was pulled from the ceiling completely. Another was installed but could not have had a battery in it as no operating light was visible. Again, I have a number of other issues, but they were minor. Bottom line is this host needs to step it up a notch.

"Would never stay here again."

The location was good. We booked through booking.com The place was updated yes, but has seen better days. It a rough condo for sure. Looks like people threw things on walls, furniture, lots of damage, peeling paint etc....

This is what I would think a 1 star condo would like like. We always stay in a 4 star rating and this was far from it. I talked with Michael when we checked in and said it's in terrible condition. He said we could check out and he would refund the remaining balance. Almost one month later and never heard back from him or his company about refund. I have called, emailed and text Michael Kadoch with zero response. We called Booking.com they reached out to Michael and his company and zero response. So would stay far away from Michael Kadoch and Aquanox properties.
