Cottage in Heart of Colonial Beach, 7 Mins Walk to the Beach

I love the location, as so close to everything I like. Just note off main strip so bring a fan to noise cancel, tho to be honest, rooms for sleep are positioned well. Fantastic kitchen, all stocked! Outside fire pit is FUN for making s'more! They even have pokers! Coffee is available with sweetener and half n half, teas too! But bring REAL sugar if not a fan! I absolutely loved my stay. All beds are comfy! Even pillows are upscale! Host answers questions promptly.

Just noise from main strip, but that is easy. Bring a box fan or humidifier to have some noise canceling. To be honest, it isn't that bad, I'm just a light sleeper.

The check in, and check out was amazing, and easy. I had the utmost privacy. A home away from home. Perfect size for a couple, or 3. Everything i needed to cook, and relax. As a nurse, I found the place above expectation. The communication with owner was spot on! Super clean, comfy, and secure.

I really don't have to contribute here. I suggested a few things to upgrade a cooking person's needs, and maybe some personal touches, but nothing that would downgrade this place. Bring a fan if you need white noise. but, this place ROCKS!

Location to our venue Well stocked kitchen, surprise second bathroom. Owner' communication was phenomenal. Value was great.

Bunk beds in second bedroom were uncomfortable for older folks like us.

The location was perfect. Communication with the host was exceptional.

Everything. No complaints.

Nothing. Everything was great.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Great location, had everything we needed.

The bunk beds were for children, but were comfortable, just hard to get in and out for 60 year olds.
