Alles war perfekt.Wir haben ein sensationelles Upgrade bekommen und möchten uns dafür sehr bedanken. Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Wunderschöner Strand, tolles Frühstück am Strand, super Service am Strand, gute Essen und die allerschönsten Sonnenuntergänge. Wir haben über Anna von der Rezeption ganz unkompliziert einen privaten Ausflug in den Nationalpark zu James Bond Insel gebucht. Alles war perfekt organisiert inclusive Kanutour , Picknick am einsamen Strand etc. Hervorheben möchten wir das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Ganz besonderer Dank geht an das Serviceteam vom Restaurant und vorallem an Anna von der Rezeption. Sie hat sich um alles perfekt gekümmert, war super aufmerksam und hat sich so großartig um all unsere Wünsche bemüht und während des gesamten Aufenthaltes Ausschau nach uns gehalten, ob alles so ist wie man es sich wünscht.

"Best in Thailand!"

Stayed for four days and it ha been an amazing experience. We had a house with own pool! The staff at reception, restaurant, spa, yoga and the beach are truly amazing. Best ever! Easy access to sunbeds on a beach that has fantastic sand. Food at the edge (we had half board) is also great with a huge varsity. I would come back at any time.

daß der persönliche Butler Gary sich um das anfangs instabile W-LAN aufopfernd gekümmert hat, bis es dann endlich so funktioniert hat, wie es soll! Gary war überhaupt ein Lichtblick in dem ohnehin hervorragenden Hotel! Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn es Wünsche gab und hat sich auch initiativ um uns und unsere Anliegen gekümmert! 10 von 10 Sterne für Ihn!!!
