5BR Niagara Getaway Prime Location-Sleeps 10

The Casino Cottage was spacious and exceptionally clean. The close proximity of this place to the falls was the reason we booked, and we loved that we were a short walk from so many activities, attractions, and great places to eat. We were happy to find the place had heat and A/C. Check in was easy and smooth, and communication was great.

We found the interior sparsely decorated compared to the pictures in the listing, which made the place feel less homey than we expected. We also found that although everything in the listing was provided, things such as blankets, pillows and other items were not of good quality. The kitchen items, though enough for our small group would not have been enough had we had the maximum number of occupants.

Very old property. The single room bed was very uncomfortable

The pillows were horribly flat , even doubling up didn’t help.

Decent for last minute booking

Left a bag, contacted management said they will call housekeeping. It’s been a week, no response now. Oh well!

The property was up to date.

The parking was confusing and no one explained exactly where to park on the even days since across the street was a business so there was no place close to park. The house was older so all the noise from outside came in and the people who stayed on the other side of the duplex were extremely loud late at night so it kept us all up.

THere is no dishwasher there is no washer dryer all the bedrooms are upstairs no restroom downstairs They charge extra for the laundry service

This place is within walking distance to Niagara Falls as well as many food locations, and literally across the street from the casino parking lot. There are also many bedrooms and 3 floors to be able to spread out to have some personal space.

There were a some webs around the house and a few bugs. The house is also not that sound proof so can hear the neighbors.
