The Dereham - Open Plan Apartment 1 min from the city centre

Easy to find thanks to the very accurate direction sent from the staff . The place is clean and comfortable. They even provided toiletries and washing up liquid ( not many places offer these items ) Great location, short walking distance from the coach station ,train station, shops and restaurants - I was there to perform and attend workshops between the Y- theatre and the International Art Centre , which I quickly managed to reach by walk! I also personally loved the fact that the entire apartment has hard flooring!

Nothing to complain about the apartment , however you need to bear in mind that as it's central, during the weekend it can be hard to ignore the loud noises coming from outside at night.

* We noticed that the top cutlery draw in the kitchen area caught on a button/dial on the washing machine on opening the drawer ... so we were unable to open the cutlery draw fully (fortunately, we only needed to grab a couple of teaspoons from the drawer)

It is five minute walk from the railway station, so I found it pretty convenient as I had planned day trips to other cities. The owner helped me when the power went off.

The WiFi password wouldn't work :(

The facilities were great and the staff were very helpful and responded quickly for any queries I had even during late hours.
