Good location, friendly and helpful staff, nice look to the buildings, lovely pool and athletics area.

The apartment could use some updating and painting; the air conditioning was turned off due to electrical consumption in the city. A lot of sirens all day and night.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado. No meio da cidade, fácil acesso ao centro, aos museus, há 3 ou 4 estações de metrô a cerca de 15 minutos de caminhada. É um apartamento grande (para um casal), em um prédio novo e moderno. O apartamento tem tudo o que você precisa para uma estadia por alguns dias. A internet é muito boa e a interação com o proprietário também foi muito boa.

O maior inconveniente do apartamento é o barulho da rua. Infelizmente é algo que foge do controle do proprietário do imóvel. A partir das 7 da manhã e até as 11 da noite, há ruído de buzinas e música. Na madrugada, é silencioso.

The owner was very nice and helpful. The location is great. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

A lot of the Uber drivers had a little trouble finding the apartment entrance because it’s inside a large building that has businesses on the other sides. We found if you tell them it is right across the street from Hotel Manalba, they found it much easier.
