Denelea, Amazing sea views!!!!! Yorkshire Coast Holiday Lets

Everything was just perfect for our stay. Very clean & welcoming.

Modern, clean, well-appointed apartment with good provision of kitchen equipment. Good size bedroom and living area. Well-situated and would have had lovely views if the mist had lifted! We managed to park on the drive which was a huge bonus (as very limited street parking. Be warned the ‘parking included’ means you get a parking sticker to park in the street, but no space)

Unnecessary number of calls - 8 in total - back-to-back on the morning of arrival (as one needs to check-in in advance online) despite my message re not convenient to take the call (I was in the midst of a sensitive discussion). The check-in wouldn’t allow upload of documents, had to photograph, so some delay as didn’t have the requisite documents on me. All eventually sorted and no problem after that. Suggest a text to re-iterate the need for check-in prior to arrival for delivery of the key-code would have been better.

Superb location (Parking is pot luck, but you can always find a space eventually) House is lovely presented. Has everything you need and caters for large groups with ease ( there were 8 of us)

Wasn’t a problem for us, but there are 4 lots of stairs to climb to get to the property. So keep this in mind. But really not a problem, 2 of our group were in their 70’s and coped fine)

It was very spacious and lovely and clean

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property everything was lovely and very comfortable

This apartment was absolutely spotless and very well maintained. The sea view was a bonus, even though there was a camper van blocking some of the view (my husband mentioned this van many times 🫣😂😂😂). I absolutely loved the shower gel, going to see if I can get some for home. The bedding and towels were so fresh and clean. We go to Scarborough at least 4/5 times a year so we are absolutely delighted to have found this great apartment to add to our go to places. Scratch cards are left for the on street parking.

I would prefer a grab rail for getting in and out of the bath, only cos I’m not very steady and I worry about slipping over 🫣. It would be nice to have a privacy sheet for the bedroom, just so you could get ready in daylight, my eyesight is a bit dodgy and I couldn’t see quite as easily with the blind down and the light on 😂.

Clean, comfortable, bright and modern, with a lovely view over looking the North Sea. Parking was fairly easy to come by, and provisions are in place to park on the street at no extra cost. The apartment was well supplied with quality utensils, dishes, cooking devices, etc. Very convenient to visit Scarborough Castle, and the apartment was within walking distance (less than a km, though hills are involved) from both Scarborough and North Bay beaches, shopping, pubs, etc.

Location, location, location! Amazing views from the living room. Fantastic to have a cup of tea in the morning sat on the benches outside on the clifftop

It was fantastic. The only very very very small gripe is that it would have been better if a few basics were in the kitchen - salt, pepper, cooking oil.
