SAWe had a very pleasant stay at the property. The house was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the location was convenient for our needs. Communication with the host team was excellent throughout our stay; they were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended.

CZThe house is located in a quite residential area, the city centre is in walking distance of cca 15 to 20 minutes, there is also a train or bus station nearby. We received a guide with all needed informations about the property and things to do in Birmingham. Grocery stores are in walking distance.
As the description says, the house has 5 beds + 1 “chair bed”, which was a bit uncomfortable, but we could deal with it.
GBGood location and price
The garden needs maintenance- just a simple cut of the grass and removing weeds. There was a broken table in the garden which I think should have been removed and replaced with a working garden table and chairs.
