Handy location, easy to access and find parking space and apartment

Far too many communications from host, many of which were not necessary nor expected, and the request for positive feedback and future direct bookings was not needed. Cleaning standard was average at best.

The location was fabulous, a really short walk to the centre of town. Good eateries and things to do really close by. Carparking and ease of getting in to the unit was great. All the amenities in the unit were great, right down to having a pair of scissors, there was not a single thing we said we wished was there, but wasn't. Jason was really great with the communication, checking in to see that we arrived ok, and whether we needed anything else. Really responsive

Location and kitchen facilities were excellent

Pillows were a bit big and bed a little hard

Great location, easy walk to central but in a quiet area. Clean and really easy to access with the carpark!

It was located on the top floor of the building super central & had gated designated parking which was all good stuff. The unfortunate issue with the heat pump not working was taken care of quickly by owner next morning. Overall, a satisfying stay would be happy to use again.

Plenty of heating for cold CHCH days… very tidy, great location, would stay again

Great space, lovely heated floor in bathrooms, yum! Easy to walk into town to explore all the great new spaces created in city over past 15 years.

Maybe a plunger coffee filter would be handy to give choice. Petty, I know!😂

Everything I would surely recommend this Nice carpark, lift, super clean interior, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, good water supply Central location Surely one of the best stays in my lifetime
