- المصعد لا يعمل وانا في الدور الثالث واحرجني كثيراً - لا يوجد مايكرويف الا بعد التواصل مع بوكينق - التكييف يتعطل واضطررت الى الدفع للفني - التواصل مع المسؤول عن الشقة عدة أرقام و أشخاص والكل يحولك على الآخر. - عدم حل المشاكل الا بعد التواصل مع بوكينق - قبل موعد الخروج رسائل بضرورة الخروج للتنظيف

"the condition of the apartment is less than expected, but the host try to be helpful"

cleanliness (bathroom smells, stained sofa, silverfish in bathroom), some appliances do not work (one of the bedroom lights, stove). No garbage disposal (just bare floor on level -1 car park with no light and no bin)
