Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect in town and the customer service was friendly and well manage. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend it!

"Hidden gem homestay"

Minimalist, very clean and neat house. Well equipped with towel, bath gel and shampoo. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Conversation with the host was done through whatsapp group and they respond to my queries promptly.

Not allowed to cook which is a bit inconvenient if you have a picky eater family. But they provided microwave and induction cooker. Only 1 iron was provided for the whole house.

"Terrible and not recommended at all"

It was clean and facilities were nice and fully equipped.Each room had aircond . The house if fully supervised under cctv

1) The staff were rude 2) The house was dusty when we entered and it was not swept and mopped. 3) There is no proper emergency contact person that we can contact fr emergency. 4) The main automatic gate was stuck halfway and its spoilt. The management claimed they checked everything but i dont know how they missed this. It was so difficult as we were already late for function and we had to struggle withe the gate and it was not safe as anything can happen meantime we close the gate. 5) The main thing is that there was a power cut in between the stay at the most important time . We took the homestay to get ready fr a wedding. The power cut spoilt everything bcos it was dark, hot and uncomfortable with babies around us also. We couldn’t do anything and it was a disaster . When we tried to reach the person in charge they were offline fr an 1 fr shift change where there should be someone fr back up all the time. The team took so long to reply and gt back to us. By the time it was late for our function. It was so disappointing and i thnk it would hv been better if we stay at our hs. And when we asked for refund compensation they totally ignored . Worst ever management and homestay. It was totally their mistake according to the tnb people as the fuse they used was small and not compatible . This mistake was totally avoidable and it was 100% their mistake but they wont admit it. And then they didn’t even compensate the time lost fr us.
