3 Bdr - Luxury Cliffside Bamboo Villa

It was so beautiful and peaceful with unbelievable views. It really felt like an escape.

Property was a cool/unique stay. Food was good and staff was quick with responses.

Address on booking didn't actually take you to the property. Our driver drove us to the location listed which was a 45 minute drive for us, on arrival there was nothing there, after contacting the property they shared the location with us, it was an additional 30+ minutes from where we were. When we were in the bath tubs which are outside someone else at the property was flying a drone outside out house. We were told at check in if you wanted to fly a drone you had to notify staff so they could notify other people staying at the property, after reaching out to the staff they said they hadn't been notified and would reach out to tell them to check their footage to see if there was any of us and if they did to delete it (this would be very easy for them to just say they check and deleted even if they hadn't) Also when we got our massages at the house we thought it was private but when we looked up there were two guests standing there looking at us. We thought the house/property was going to be very private and it wasn't so those two situations made us very uncomfortable. Also two of the three tubs didn't hold water the first night when they were used. Staff came and fixed one and we were able to fix the other. Because it was late and we had already tried to fill the tubs they were out of hot water and we had to wait until the next day to try again. In the morning they held water, but the water was brown. The outdoor tubs were a nice feature which played a role in us booking the property so the fact that we basically no time to use them and dirty water was a let down. The property did end up comping our food for the issues but being that this property was not cheap and we had so many issues for a one night stay we didn't have the best experience.

The location at the top of the mountain gives a perfect view of the valley, it's fairly quiet all day long which makes it perfect for a relaxation retreat. The staff are super friendly and were able to accommodate all my requests. Food is good and has good prices. The villa where I stayed at is less than a year old, so everything looks pretty new. The design of each villa is unbelievable and they provided me with bath salts and candles that made the experience even better. Will definitely recommend the villas to all my friends/family.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Hopefully you will get the chance to book the villa because it is a MUST TRY experience in my opinion. The most wonderfull experience we had in Bali, the villa has an amazing view, total privacy, beautiful pool and outdoor area. The design of the bamboo villa is outstanding, everything is just perfect, well integrated and it has a flow and perfect blend with nature. Everything is very clean, we had no problems with insects, the bed was very confortable. Great massage by the way (you ask for an appointment at reception) We communicated by Whatsapp with reception so we won’t climb the stairs :) The pool was so great, we got up every day to see the sunrise. Exceptional view: you see the volcano, the sunrise and the ocean, plus the rice terraces Very friendly and helpfull staff. All photos on Booking can help you get an ideea but in reality it s much more amazing!

They could provide toiletries like in all hotels, such as toothbrush, showercap, cottonbuds. However, shower gel, bath foam, shampoo and conditioner were provided. They could add at the kitchen a toaster, instant coffee and tea, because you have a kitchen but you cannot make a coffee at 5:00. You have to order at breakfast time. The food is good, but not wow, and the portions are quite small But these are minor aspects, which I am sure can be improved
