Jó helyen helyezkedik el, közel a metróhoz, a környéken rengeteg étterem, bolt található. A szállásadónk nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A lakás tiszta, tágas, világos terekkel, az ágynemű friss, illatos, a konyha jól felszerelt. A szauna pedig óriási ötlet! 🙂

The apartment is extremely cheap (we were 7 people and we payed €49 each for 4 days, basically €12 per day each), but it's clean, spatious, it offers air conditioning and both bathrooms are equipped with towels and soap; also the kitchen has all the necessary items you need. It's near restaurants and convenience stores, and there's a bus station 2 minutes from there. The host is also really kind and organized (he provided all the information to reach and access the apartment and also postponed our check-out when we needed it). I would really suggest it.

The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious and warm, which made the stay very comfortable. The host is helpful and responsive, and communication was smooth. A good parking option is provided very close to the apartment, which is a big advantage.

We informed the host in advance that instead of 8 guests only 5 would be arriving. However, the information about a possible price reduction was provided only after our departure. The offered reduction was around 5%, which was negligible, so we did not accept it as it felt unnecessary. The kitchenware is inconsistent, as if it was collected from different places. For safety reasons, we moved the bed closer to the wardrobe because a small child was sleeping there, and we found a large amount of dust under the bed, as if it had not been cleaned for a long time. Although the cleaner had just left before our arrival, it seems that only visible surfaces are cleaned, while deeper cleaning is neglected.

Apartment was ready and warm when we arrived during very cold weather. Very clean, very comfortable beds. Kitchen almost perfectly equipped. Plenty of extra toilet paper and easy to find broom and dustpan. David is a great host. Helpful, kind and very responsive when we had a few questions. Definitely recommend

Just one small thing, can you add bowls to the cabinet for cereal? We could have used some for our children

Odlična lokacija, na nekoliko minuta od tramvajske stanice za tramvaje 4 i 6. Odatle ste povezani sa svim lokacijama u Budimpešti. U neposrednoj blizini su prodavnice, restorani i Trg Franca Lista. Uz smeštaj ide i besplatno parking mesto. Hit boravka je bila sauna u stanu. Dodatan plus je što su u stanu dva kupatila. Vlasnik je predusretljiv i možete mu se obratiti ako vam nešto zatreba. Pohvale i preporuka...

La ubicación perfecta, apartamento muy limpio y amplio, éramos 7 personas y estuvimos perfectamente. Muy buen contacto con el anfitrión, tuvimos problemas con la cafetera porque no funcionaba y al día siguiente nos compró una, nos faltaban toallas, se lo dijimos y al día siguiente teníamos las toallas, la comunicación con el fue muy buena y siempre atento. Si volvemos, seguro que repetiremos. Recomiendo 100%

Todo estuvo muy bien, pero por poner algo…, quizás la falta de algún enchufe más, pero nada importante porque finalmente todos pudimos cargarnos los teléfonos.
