Great locations, nearby the beach. The hotel is situated at the end of a road, so it was quiet at night.

The room is clean but the bed is hard and some of the linen is too old.But the staff is very charming and helpful

It was nice & close to the beach .... the staff were so so lovely & tried to make my stay as comfortable as they could. My bed & pillows were a bit hard & my 1st floor balcony doors weren't able to be locked, so I was a bit security conscious about that- the staff tried everything they could to lock my balcony doors but they just weren't able to be locked. Other than that, location is great & lots of restaurants & Massage shops very close by AND the beautiful Patong Beach is only 50 metres away- AMAZING!!!

A very bad hotel. There is no security. There is no staff. Their service is very bad. And the hotel rent is very high compared to the quality. The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. This hotel does not have an elevator. The stairs are very narrow. They have no staff from evening to morning which is a very terrible situation.

I paid through booking.com booking.com sent me an email that my card did not go through a reconfirm my card and it went through. It came onto my Visa statement when I arrived at the hotel they said it did not go through. I had to pay again, so I paid with my card at the hotel so now I have two charges on my card. This needs to be reimbursed.

Have a sneaking suspicion that the staff there are doing this and pocketing the money
