L'emplacement, les réceptionnistes.

Drap pour une personne alors que c'est une chambre double. (On était deux personnes) Balcon mais vu sur rien du tout. Beaucoup de bruit de ventilation qui ne s'arrête jamais. Wifi très faible alors que nous étions très proche de la reception. C'est trop chère pour ce que c'est !

La chambre que j'ai eu n'avait pas de fenêtre ou presque et j'ai l'impression que ce n'était pas ou pas bien mentionné sur l'annonce. Bien sûr il y a plusieurs types de chambres dans cet hôtel mais je pense que si j'avais vu qu'il y avait pas de fenêtre je ne l'aurais pas pris. Par contre personnel très très sympathique comme souvent ou toujours en Thaïlande d'ailleurs.

Le fait que la fenêtre donner sur un mur à 10 cm de la chambre.

The hotel don’t accept payment through booking.com you must pay on location 3% more. I’m sure they do this on purpose and when you ask about it she right away tell you you can cancel the reservation but you must pay anyway ☹️There’s no parking place dead end street reception told us to park in front of other hotel, this hotel was not happy 😡 Room without window. Towels were completely worn out. The woman at the reception was absolutely not friendly not suitable for working with clients!!

Ants all over the room and in bed. Bed very hard and uncomfortable and room was left with a poor finish. No lift access either.
