Perfect from start to finish. Victor & his brother Jose communicated really well re check in & deposit payment & refund. They are Perfect hosts, very professional. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great with handheld aswell as overhead. Plenty of space to cook, eat, and relax. Also has a washing machine. The air conditioning was super effective, piped in so it was silent. 👌 The location could not be better. Ideal for beach and great restaurants in La Cariheula. Would love to stay here again.

The Shower was fine, otherwise the apartment is dated

The facilities was terrible, had 1 cup and a few odd glasses, an old strange toaster, the hob and oven dated the apartment smelt damp and horrible, plus the apartment had a noisy bar right next door, the sound of thumping till 5.30am every morning, had hardly any sleep for 6 nights

Problemas para dormir por ruido hasta las 3:30 a.m. Falta de limpieza en raíles de ventana, telaraña y suciedad en el extractor del baño y puerta del baño roza con el suelo.

La ubicación estaba muy cerca de la playa.

Se echo de menos que hubiera productos de limpieza.

Leaving

Only upon leaving did we realise the extent of just how bad this place was. Which of course we did leave and booked somewhere else out of our own pocket. Firstly, the wall in the sitting room and bedroom is shared with a karaoke bar, which is open until 4 am. seven days a week. You may as well be in the bar listening to the strangely similar pulsating beat every night. You will have ptsd after a night. So much for "soundproof" you even have the pipe for upstairs plumbing coming through the bedroom ceiling, and their air-conditioning pipe is in the ceiling of the shower, which runs and drips onto the shower soap dish. Then, to top it off nicely, the customers of the bar can take up to an hour to clear away from the front of the apartment, shouting fighting and the carryon you would expect. Not really any need to go into any great detail about the apartment but short and sweet what you need to exist is there not a drop more no tissue one pillow on the bed mouldy old shower even the shower trap was filled with leftover soaps, broken mirror broken wardrobe if this is newly renovated I am 16 again. Even the kettle and toaster were broken (they replaced the kettle), so that was a positive.
