USIt felt like home.
There were two men talking loudly near our bedroom window until 5 am. I had to move to the couch in the living room to get some sleep. They were possibly on the deck below us or on the condo deck next to us.

Dirty, lack of communication with host, unable to reach by phone, technical issues with Booking.com information for check in didn't arrive until midnight on day of arrival on finally getting a sms message was able to gain entry. No TV, leaking dishwasher, dirty kitchen, closet, bathroom. Trash left in unlined dirty trash can, used female sanitary products in bathroom cupboards and broken furniture in bathroom. All in all the worst place we've ever stayed. Has the potential to be a great space needs some investment.
USIt's a beautiful apartment in a very nice neighborhood. The apartment is big and spacious. The kitchen is well equiped. The bathroom is large and with new fixtures.
The owners should look into the lightning. Some of ceiling lamp-bulbs were burned. Also, since it is a first floor, good luck with the noice from upstairs neighbours during the evening. I would suggest black-out drapes in the bedroom for a confort sleeping.
USThe property is all it says it is as posted and the owner was very pleasant when I had some questions. It really is a nice place with great kitchen, two large rooms plus a large adjoining bedroom which can be closed off with a double pocket door giving you full privacy of a bedroom. However, I have to give it negative for location and comfort to to the noise factor. See What I didn't like for explanation.
This what the posted info it does not say: The various noises: street noises such as cars, people talking yelling, bar music, horns, noise from the other units in the building such TV's, foot stomping, talking, furniture moving and people yelling at all times or the adjoining building next to the bedroom has balconies and you can hear people talking on them late into the night. . There is obviously no type of wall insulation and therefore is no quiet time at all....well maybe 3 to 5am. The noise is simply relentless 24/7! Plain and simple it is a very noisy neighborhood and a very noisy house! So, if you are looking for a nice quiet relaxing place to enjoy after a night out for dinner or a day exclusion, this unfortunately is not it. This is the reason I scored it low for Comfort and Location. If lots of noise doesn't bother you, then it's a good place to stay.
USThe facility was very clean, roomy and newly remodeled.
The water in the shower didn't drain.
