Nice location, nice view from the room, Nespresso machine in the room was a bonus

The Lightning in the room was poor, sun screening in the room and restaurant needs improvement, the cleaning of the bathroom was poor.

Det var dessverre kommet maur inn på suiten vår, men personale var raske med å håndtere det. Espresso Martinien var alt for søt.

Super hyggelig personal og unlimited tid i spa området.

Alt var bra. Fikk rom i første etasjen rett ved resepsjonen og med vindu rett ved hoved inngangsdøren til hotellet, noe jeg syns var litt nedtur.

"Hyggelig opphold"

Avslappende atmosfære og hyggelig personale. Flott Restaurant område med god mat. Fine rom. Gode muligheter til å dyppe seg i innsjøen samt ok spa fasiliteter rundt. Helt topp med bar i spa. Og nydelig utsikt!

Sengene er ganske harde å ligge på og manglet litt i komfort. Ikke varmtvann på rommet, men dette var ordnet dagen vi skulle dra. Spa området burde utvides. De japanske badene hadde vært hyggeligere om de var samlet. Utendørs bassengene ble for fylt opp av folk og det mangler litt på muligheter. Boblebadet var okkupert av en gjeng under hele vårt opphold i Spa. Det burde være en tidsbegrensning per gruppe, så flere får tilgang, men der vil det også hjelpe med flere basseng muligheter.
