I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding our stay in the rented property. For the amount we paid, we encountered a large number of significant issues that seriously affected the comfort and safety of our stay. 1. Upon entering the property, we had to drive over high speed bumps that scraped the bottom of our car (for low clearance vehicles, there is a high risk of damage). 2. The streets within the property are extremely narrow, making it difficult to pass oncoming vehicles. 3. Inside the house, it was extremely hot, as there was no air conditioning. Staying inside during hot days was very uncomfortable. We had to open the windows, but there were no insect screens installed. 4. The walls inside the house are very thin – we could hear all conversations and noises from neighboring rooms. 5. The doors to the rooms were not equipped with locks, so it was impossible to close them for privacy or safety. 6. Outdoor lighting did not work. After reporting this to the host, we were promised that the bulb would be replaced the next day, but not wanting to wait too long, we replaced the bulbs ourselves. 7. On the first night of our stay, unknown individuals threw eggs and sausages at our window twice. After contacting the host, we received a response that “this had never happened before” and were simply asked to report if it happens again. 8. The refrigerator barely worked — drinks remained warm. 9. The vacuum cleaner was clogged with dust, worked very poorly, and emitted an unpleasant smell. 10. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee provided — we had to buy it ourselves. 11. Bed linen was left in bags — we had to make the beds ourselves. Considering all these shortcomings, I believe that the accommodation did not meet the advertised level of service or the price paid. I kindly request that my complaint be reviewed and an official response provided regarding the possible partial refund or compensation
