We have not found the quality of the apartment justifying the price paid. For EUR 250 per night you expect the bathroom to be well-maintained and the apartment equipment in good condition. What we found instead was a faulty shower cabin (one of the cabin's doors was not properly attached to the wall and literally stayed in my wife's hand). Not to mention a mauldy silikon. As a result, we had to start using a bath instead. Unfortunately, the water did not drain out of it efficiently (probably due to clogged pipes). The wardrobe in the main bedroom was having faulty door mechanism too, which made it very difficult to open/close. The furniture in the apartment was clearly worn out (e.g. sofa in the living room). Around 30% of the lamps in the impressive lampshade in the living room did not light. The surrounding area is quite noisy with some clubs open until early morning. The noise coming from the street made us to keep all windows closed and use air conditioning to keep the room comfortable despite the moderate temperature outside.

Чудові апартаменти, з усім необхідним. Шкода, що заплановано мало днів у Бергамо, хотілося б побути довше. Однозначно рекомендую!

Die perfekte Lage zum Zentrum, sehr ideal gelegen, man erreicht alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wlan hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Appartement war gross und das Badezimmer mit der Badewanne ist echt cool. Zutritt erfolgte über die App, es war niemand vor Ort. Dies hat alles bestens geklappt.

Als wir ankamen, stand noch eine angefangene Flasche Wasser sowie ein Haushalttuch auf der Küchenplatte. Beim Sofa wurden die Beine abmontiert und so stand es doch sehr tief und war dadurch äussert unbequem zum sitzen. Das sah auf den Bildern in Booking aders aus:-( Abfall sollte man am Abreisetag selbst entssorgen, jedoch keinerlei Beschreibung wann wie was abgeholt wird. In Italien ist dies manchmal kompliziert und da wäre eine Beschreibung hilfreich gewesen. Was uns am meisten gestört hat, war das dreckige Geschirr!!! Es waren Teller, Gläser und auch Besteck nicht sauber, das ist nicht akzeptabel.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! La posizione è perfetta, comodissima per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: curato nei dettagli, pulitissimo e molto accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la comunicazione con l’host, sempre disponibile e veloce nelle risposte. Dotato di tutti i comfort necessari (Wi-Fi veloce, cucina attrezzata, macchina del caffè), è ideale sia per soggiorni brevi che più lunghi. Consigliato senza dubbi, ci torneremmo volentieri!

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Es ist sehr schön designt, äußerst sauber und beeindruckend geräumig. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, sodass alles gut erreichbar ist. Zudem ist das Apartment hervorragend ausgestattet – selbst an Details wie eine Waschmaschine inklusive Waschmittel sowie eine Tiefkühltruhe mit Eiswürfeln wurde gedacht, was wir besonders geschätzt haben. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Gastgeber Valerio, der sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar war.
