Um absurdo eles me enviaram um link menos de 4 horas do checkin para enviar varios documentos (uma SELFIE de cada hospede , foto de todos os PASSAPORTES , ENDEREÇO DE RESIDÊNCIA de cada um de nós e até VISTO DE VIAGEM estavam pedindo , pasmem esta pior que uma imigração essa hospedagem, fui até o local expliquei que não teria como enviar isso tudo sendo que eles me pediram todos esses documentos que já e um absurdo além de ter que pagar £375 de depósito tem todo essa burocracia tentei resolver da melhor forma e mesmo assim me negaram a passar o código do cofre, além de ter câmeras por todo lado na propriedade, enfim perdi o valor da estadia porque não nos passaram o código para pegar as chaves eu e meu marido tivemos que pegar um hotel em cima da hora e gastar mais , perdemos o dinheiro pago, então já saibam eles agem na má fé , não colocam Na política de privacidade todos esses Documentos que pedem e enviam o link para preencher em cima da hora assim deixando as pessoas na rua o casal de amigo meu estava no avião vindo do Brasil so chegariam no outro dia sendo assim impossivel de enviar tudo o que pediam sem aviso previo !!!!

"Great modern home, very cosy & would stay again!"

There were several available amenities available, the decor was really nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was close to the main roads & within walking distance of shops etc. Overall it was a very modern and pretty home !

Slightly inconvenient if you have children under 5: we received a few alerts from the hosts about noise warnings, though we were being very quiet as we had a 1 y/o in the house. If you have a baby just be mindful of this as it will set off the alerts.

"Relaxing comfortable stay in a lovely well designed apartment"

Lovely basement flat. Spacious ,modern,clean with a homely feel. Had a garden which was a nice suprise.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.
