For us, the central location was great. However it may seem a bit dodgy for some people. At night it can be somewhat rowdy and intimidating. Reception was great, Andrew walked us through everything and was very helpful and welcoming.

Cockroach issues in the kitchen and bathroom. TV not working, remotes missing batteries. Unable to get it working without the remotes. Not so terribly important to us but would have been nice to watch the news at times. This was reported to management three times. Three apologies, absolutely no action or follow-up for the 10. nights we were there. They just seemed to pass the responsibility to someone else. So- complete failure. Only 2 bath towels and a single bath mat for 10 days. Same for bed sheets. Checked the closets for more but found only a messy jumble of stuff. Since management had been totally unresponsive, we didn't even try to contact them about this. Overall the place was dingy and worn. A simple fresh paint job and deep cleaning would change it immensely. Shower good but the soap dish missing from the wall which made showering a real chore. Bedroom dark and stuffy with only a single small window opening on to the interior hallway. Sofa dirty and deeply stained. We did not use it because of this. Overall we cannot recommend this apartment and are suspicious of the recent positive reviews.
