Nähe zum Wasser und zum Zentrum. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Keine Kaffeemaschine. Steiler Treppenanstieg. Teilweise ohne Handlauf. Absolut ungeeignet für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung. Bad und Toilette befinden sich einige Stufen unterhalb der Wohnebene. Auch hier kein Handlauf. Es ist uns unerklärlich, dass entsprechende Hinweise nicht beschrieben sind. Bad über Heizlüfter erwärmbar. Trotz Satelliten-TV nur ein Sender aus D empfangbar. In der heutigen Zeit sollte mehr möglich sein. Der gezeigte Balkon ist nicht der zur Wohnung gehörige.

"Es lohnt sich, bei diesem Appartement wiederzukommen, vorausgesetzt, man kann Treppen steigen."

Ein wunderschönes Appartement in zentraler recht ruhiger Lage, besonders schön eine große helle ruhige Wohnküche mit Balkon, das Bad war geräumig und gut intakt, Schlafzimmer und Wohnküche konnten so genutzt werden, dass einer noch länger in der Wohnküche verweilen konnte, ohne den Schlafenden im Schlafzimmer zu stören.

war alles gut, der Zugang zum Appartement war eine Treppe, die zwar etwas steil war aber doch gut begehbar durch Geländer und helles Licht
