The property was big

There was ant next in the room, it wasn’t near the beach and a distance from where you collect the key so your dragging your suitcase around. They then don’t have a free storage to keep your case when you check out so it cost another €20 to put my case in storage. They take a €183 deposit and it takes ages to go back into your bank. The location isn’t the best I thought it was a lot closer to the beach and check in desk when booking this apartment.

It was close to everything and very clean inside

Very basic cutlery and bowls. Literally four of everything and there was a huge dishwasher which was pointless. Very noisy as bar below kept us awake till 3am and the room was so hot as air con did not work. We reported the issue on the first day and got no response. Had to chase it again and eventually maintenance fixed it 5th day in so was really poor support and communication. When booking.com replied after I chased them twice they asked me if I had changed the batteries and I did not have any to change. Just felt I was chasing for help and we won't booked this as it had Aircon but slept in a room sweating all night as it was a super hot week. Very disappointed and I had to sleep on the sofa bed because of this as kids couldn't cope

Great clean apartment in a good location.

Bedroom lights didn't work, only a small lamp did. Bed was really hard and so were the pillows
