FRFRL'emplacement proche de la gare et dans la rue principale, la grandeur de l'appartement. Super hauteur sous plafond. Les chambres et des 2 salles de bain sont très bien équipées.
On a parfois été dérange par les bruits des voitures le matin. On s'est pris un orage et les fenêtre laissaient passer l'eau. Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine

USThe apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect - close to the train station and food options and overlooking a lovely square - walking distance to the port, groceries, and more. We loved the architectural features of the apartment - high ceilings, the balcony overlooking the square, plenty of windows, tons of space and a building with lots of character. The building has a small lift which is very helpful for taking your luggage up to the apartment. The bathrooms are updated and the kitchen had everything we needed.
As noted on the listing, there is no AC. We checked the average weather for when we were going to be there, and figured it would be fine, but then there was a heat wave and it was in the mid 90s every day, so it got a little toasty. Opening windows at night made it cool enough, and we were usually out during the day, so it was fine. If you need AC this is something to be aware of.

USGreat location, just a few minutes from the train station (for arrival and to visit the cinque terre towns) but also perfect to walk into the center of La Spezia. Some great restaurant options nearby.
We accidentally overlooked this when we booked but for others to pay attention to, especially if going in August: there is NO AC 😅 so it’s unbearable during the day. At night it cools down but only the room off the living room is cool enough. The worst are the two twins at the back of the apartment by the entrance door. There were fans but a couple were in really bad shape. One was completely covered in dust (pretty gross - should have been cleaned or trashed in our opinion) and one was basically cracked and only blew air facing downward. Apartment is pretty outdated, some artwork was left unhung. Can’t tell if they want to renovate but haven’t yet or are thinking of trying to renovate so the place is in original condition - could be seen as charming, but for us, it ended up being the worst accommodation of all the places we stayed in Italy (and definitely not the cheapest). Knobs on some bathroom sinks fell off, there weren’t towel racks to hang towels on, the kitchen looked like it hadn’t been used in ages (there was old expired things in the cabinet with dust/bugs), there was a cockroach, no mosquito screens on windows (though they did leave some mosquito repellent plugins, we still got eaten by mosquitos). We wouldn’t stay here again.
