Some of the local delight eatery shops were closed probably due to CNY season like traditional Ipoh Chee Cheong fun and so on...but that has nothing to do with the property. Nice view and naturally windy all the time.

Everythings! The unit is very homely, clean and comfortable. It completed with most facilities needed. I'm impressed of their laundry corner and washing machine. I did laundry for my 2 days trip' clothing. It has 2 bathrooms with shower gel and shampoo ready to use. My kids enjoys the Netflix channel once the step in. The location is walking distance to where we plan to visit. The owner was very responsible and fast responding to our enquiries. Will choose to stay in again if we drop by ipoh again.

Nothing, this is my worst stay ever.

1. The appartment floor was dirty, oily and sticky 2. The bathrooms stank of urea. There was hair in the gully. the floor was dirty 3. The kitchen was oily i am not even going to go into the fact that i have been trying to communicate a refund of my 2nd and 3rd night. In good faith, i agreed to pay for the 1st nite cause we slept. But rather than my family falls ill, we left in the morning

The unit I booked stated Room 1 (1 large double bed) and Room 2 (2 double beds). But I was given Room 1 (2 single beds) and Room 2 (1 double bed). This arrangements have ruined our sleeping plan. We were given 2 sets of key (each set consist of a access card to use the lift and keys to open door) . However, one set was faulty. So three of us who were using the faulty card were not able to use the lift. We were stucked inside the lift until other guest who assess their floor (which is 2 floors above ours) and we just walked down 2 floors to our unit. We were also not able to enter the door to access our unit since the card was faulty. We need to call our friend inside the unit (who is having the non-faulty card) to open door for us to enter. I msg the host and it took them 3 hours to reply with the word "sorry," only. No replacement of card was made. The beds were soft (the springy type). The attached bathroom to one of the room was smelly (too damp).

The location is very central and convenient. Within walking distance to downtown eateries and tourists attractions. Easy to drive up the car park.

We would have a better stay if not for some of the issues of wear and tear which could easily be resolved if management had paid closer attention. Whilst the unit looked cleaned, we were greeted by unpleasant musty smell when we checked in. We had to leave all windows and doors open to ventilate while we step out for the evening. We hope management would rectify and upgrade before the next set of guests arrive.
