על כל שאלה קיבלנו תשובה ותגובה מהירה. היה מאד נקי ונוח. הסברים מדוייקים להגעה ושימוש במתקנים. הדירה חדשה. יש מכונת כביסה ושמו לנו גם קפסולות לניקוי. יש גם מעמד לייבוש, ארון גדול לשים בו את הבגדים.

חסר מיקרוגל ואולי עוד כלי מטבח כמו קרש חיתוך, עוד כוסות לשתיה, אבל זניח.
