Location. We booked it due to being close to Skopje City Mall. And so close, and free parking!

Drainage of the building, but OK. Can't be perfect :-).

"Safe and hygienic."

We were able to buy and prepare our own breakfast ingredients. That was healthier for me. The accommodation was generally comfortable. The host had thought of everything. And his family lived in the apartment next door. They were very sweet people. Macedonians are helpful and friendly people. I especially didn't expect it to be so hygienic. Lazar even thought about how I would get from the airport. He arranged the transfer.

The only thing I didn't like was its location near the city center. I had to take a taxi, but it wasn't too expensive. I would have preferred to walk.
