We travelled over 2 hours with kids to reach this property, only to be told that the villas had already been given to someone else. The booking clearly said “pay at property”, yet no one informed us that our reservation wouldn’t be honoured. The staff said they gave both villas to local people, which is extremely unprofessional. We wasted hours travelling for nothing. Very disappointing and irresponsible management. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
