Couldn’t believe that we were in Pattaya 😊 It’s beautiful place .

It’s not a five star hotel

It was just what we were looking for: a place next to the beach, quiet, dog-friendly, reasonably priced, and clean. There were six of us (including 2 grandparents and 2 teenagers) and we wanted 3 rooms near each other. What was great was that we go three separate bedrooms contained in one unit, so we were all together but also had our own space.

Everything was fine, but overall, the property could use a facelift. It wasn't relevant to us but they advertise a children's play area, and it is completely rusted and grown over; nobody has used it in years. In one of our rooms, the sink and shower didn't drain. There are areas of the hotel main building that look dark and dusty... Also, they should send people out during low tide to pick up trash on the beach. This would be harder at first but eventually it would be a quick activity to maintain cleanliness. For now, all of this adds up to a place that's more than fine for a night or two but maybe not for an extended period. But I should add that the staff is very pleasant and keeps the expansive grounds looking good.

The greenery is outstanding. It feels like a jungle on the beach. The beach itself is one of the best for Pattaya hotels. The location and variety of the rooms were great. All within a 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and pools. The ambience and atmosphere in general were great.

The hotel is far from the city, at least a 30 minute ride. The facilities badly needs to be renovated. The water canals are not very clean and needs to be cleaned and upgraded. The food variety isn't the best but was OK. The hotel indeed needs better managment.

We stayed in a sea view cabin that was so beautiful! The room was built over the canal and we had a relaxing view of the infinity pool next to the ocean. The rooms were unique and the vibes were relaxing. We had a variety of wonderful tropical drinks and the food was of good quality. The resort is ocean front--during high tide, the waters come right up and crash against a small sea wall, and then low tide allows for a large stretch of accessible sand. The view of green hills on one side of the resort and the city of Pattaya on the other side was beautiful! I also love outdoor showers and had a lovely outdoor bath with nature vibes. The walking paths were not really well lit at night, but it was nice to go for a walk around the property. It was romantic and peaceful.

We did think that the resort was overpriced. It was beautiful, but the spa was closed for renovations, and that did not seem reflected in the price. It also would have been nice if the beach was a little better maintained. I love long walks on the beach. This beach allowed for a decent walk (about 15-20 minutes in one direction and 5 or less minutes in the other direction). However, the beach was not very clean. Some items were just litter like plastics but some were more dangerous like a broken lightbulb. I felt the need to be very cautious about where I stepped.

Room was a great size and the AC was fantastic, which was much needed. Rooms were also very quiet.
