Acvi Lux - City Center by Seafront Area

It’s located close to the center of the city.

Our stay was for two nights – five guests. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet either the description or the price expectations. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a serious issue. The bathroom was very dirty, with visible mold on the grout. The shower cabin and bathroom bin did not appear to have been cleaned recently. The shower hose was damaged and leaking. The bathroom ventilation was not working. The kitchen dishes looked poorly cleaned. There were old leftover ice cubes and ice trays in the freezer. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen cabinets and the laundry area. The bed sheets smelled bad, as if they had not been properly washed or had been stored while still damp. Comfort and facilities: The apartment is on the ground floor and has no sound insulation — every passing car can be clearly heard, and even wind outside is noticeable. The bathroom and toilet are separated by a plastic accordion door, through which everything can be heard. There is a gas boiler for heating and hot water located in the small bedroom, which makes constant noise. The water heater was set to a low temperature, and hot water was coming very slowly. The mattresses are worn out and extremely uncomfortable. Doors and beds squeak. The small bedroom has only one power outlet. The large bedroom has a very small exterior window and an additional window facing the living room. The wardrobes contain only two hangers each. Equipment and supplies: For a reservation of five guests, only one coffee capsule with two liquid cream portions was provided. There were no hand towels in the kitchen or bathroom, and no paper towels or napkins available. Not even a bottle of water was provided. There is a washing machine and dryer, but no laundry detergent or fabric softener. Bed linen and towels were not adequately provided for the fifth guest — there was no bedsheet or towel set, despite the higher price charged for five people.

We are a couple with three children, travelling a lot and so we have experience with bnb accommodations,this is very good apartment, located in very good and nice area,very close to the core center, the flat is well equipped and very new age designed, my kids love it because it was very sunny and bright so...good and recommending place, oh, last but not least, free parking ;)

Nice place and modern, it was very clean and very comfortable We liked it because it was very light place also parking is free and it is 5 min to the center There is a bus station right next to it, we liked it also because it was completely equipped with a separate washing and drying machine, espresso machine, modern stove etc. The manager was very 😎 cool and helpful
