"They’re not trustworthy. They will break the contract if they have a little bit more benefit"

We had nothing to like about the property

We have been cheated in this deal. They cancelled the contract by themselves without notice. The owner told us booking.com has canceled our villa because we didn't pay deposit. (This’s never been happened before).They offered another one equivalent and asked us for deposit 10 millions VND (US$400 ) before they tell us the address to come (if we want to stay). But we were SO DISAPPOINTED coming to see . The different apartment was so much less value to compare to the original one that we've ordered. We disagree and want to leave with our deposit back in full. But they said they would only return a half (USD200). We got no choice to leave the premises with out staying and so far we only got back 5 millions VND (USD200). We want the total deposit back. We want them to pay penalties for bridging the contract.
