Der var for lidt lys i stuen. Soveværelset var der ikke stikkontakt til de to sengelamper der var. Køkkenudstyr var manglede en god kniv og mindre gryder, mmglede Porcelæn varør for lidt af Et tørrestativ ville være godt at have. Der manglede en spebordsstol når vi var 5 pers. Det var det ringeste vi har oplevet. Jeg kan ikke anbefale et ophold.

We shared the experience of several other reviewers of this apartment, going back several years. The apartment is large, but clearly being treated as a money cow by the owner, using a management company to rent it out via booking.com. Overall problem: There is very little consideration of the guests; lack of "hospitality". You get the place and nothing more, it seems. It was lacking comfortable lighting fixtures in the second bedroom; overhead bulb was not working and small table lamps were in the room but not placed properly, even on a table. We had the same experience noted by other reviewers of lacking kitchen utensils. Apparently no one at the property wants to read or respond to reviews. No corkscrew. No paper towels, cleaning consumables, ice (in freezer before arrival), salt, pepper, etc. Latches on several windows were broken limiting their being used when opened. Soap in the shower was of an industrial quality (not very pleasant at all), and no holders for alternatives to be placed on or in. The size of the bed in the second bedroom made it impossible to around, without risking a sprained ankle. The water faucet in the bathroom was so calcified that you wanted to soak it in vinegar. Only a single towel was provided, happily to each of the 4 registered guests for the three nights we were there. Thankfully it was larger than a face towel, but nothing extra large. But we were offered to purchase additional towels, along with other things which can be seen in one of our pictures. And lastly there was only a broken latch on the bathroom door. We wrote within 1 hours of checking in about the broken window and absent door latch and had no response during our three day visist; a similar level of responsiveness noted by other reviewers. None of this was a deal breaker, but it was irritating and one just really was not excited about coming back to the apartment after days of walking around this very nice city.

the cutlery was dirty, the floor is dirty, there was old food packaging in the cupboards. someone has a search for PO*N on the tv and left it there. it was not possible to heat up the apartment. poor soundproofing between the apartments
