Triumph House - 3-bed 2-bath Apartment in Coventry City Centre by CovStays

Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds with nice bed linen. Heaters worked very well. Lovely en-suite shower room with a powerful and hot shower. Toiletries were good quality and appreciated. Well equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Nice to have designated car parking space with secure entrance. Close to town centre and amenities. Sadly I had not realised I needed to download instructions to receive entry details and had to call someone. However he was very polite and friendly and sent through the information I required immediately for which I was grateful.

Although the sofa was comfortable we felt the lounge/diner would have been cramped for more than 4 people. We only managed to get Netflix up on the TV. We would have liked a few more glasses to save on repeated washing up! We had problems exiting the gates when leaving as they would not open.

The Owner was very helpful and met us on arrival which was great. However, CovStays gave us sligthly different instructions for finding the key had the owner not been kind enough to meet us. They told us the lockbox was by the gate but it was further along the building. However, this is probably our error too because we did not download the hand book. Sorry - we are an elderly couple but perhaps CovStays should check this incase other older people arrive before their more 'with it' familymembers. It was in such a good location, very secure and we had a great time revisiting the historic places, meeting old friends etc. We lived in Coventry until we were forty and then moved to Devon. The property was well stocked with toiletries, kitchen items etc. Lovely. Please pass on our thanks to the lovely owner from us.

Clean and comfortable. We found in the flat everything that we needed.

Air condition could improve the feeling in the hot summer days.

Location was great. Very close to several really nice restaurants and easy to reach by car.

The property and very clean, comfortable, adequate towels, cloth rack to dry clothes, Netflix connection wash rooms were well stocked with toiletries, kitchen was well equipped with all necessary utensils, cleaning materials and also some condiments. All in all everything was made available to make stay comfortable for short term to medium term stay. Owner of the property Mr Bimal is very approachable and flexible and makes sure that one gets home like experience

we extended our stay from initial plan of 5 days to 8 days, we missed housekeeping of the place which would have added further to the experience
