Lovely room, very clean with everything you need (plus a lovely little welcome pack in the fridge with treats). Great sized bathroom again with everything you need. Ideal location and very helpful staff on WhatsApp

very well situated in the old town, everything was clean and instructions clear and a nice welcome kit.

This was a very disappointing accommodation. To be in a beautiful place for 3 nights and having a window in a very small room that faces a brick wall ! you can not see the sky or anyting at all. I should have examined the information better before I booked. There was a construction work going on next door and hammering and drilling all day. So sorry to say because the room was clean and perfectly located and ok to have a small room but then I need to see something else than a brick wall.

I’m always reluctant to write adoring reviews as they inevitably lead to popularity , which inevitably leads to unavailability. This hotel is a pure thing. It is central, safe and perfect for solo female travellers.For me, I love ‘hands off‘management that assumes intelligence and integrity in the guest. And of course meeting Manuela, was a lovely bonus. For whom nothing was too much trouble.

Great location, very well furnished, everything in proper shape and functionning well.

The Walls of The house are quite thin, Hence it is easy to hear neighbours within The house. Ear Plugs recommended.

it was really well located in the old town of Olbia closed to many restaurant and café, i really like the check in and check out with codes it gives lot of flexibility if we have late or early flight, the room was very clean and confortable and well furnished , i loved the design and the style, we had also free of charge some water, juice, biscuits, chips etc it was really not expected to have so much :) we also get advice for nice local restaurant etc. Manuela really took care about us and we can see how hard the team is working to make their guests happy :))))) thanks again for everything you have done i really recommend this place if you want to stay in Olbia !

no way to store my bag after I checked out. ruined my day in Olbia!

the room was comfortable and very clean. The host was exceptionally gracious. I will stay again when I return.
