SELF CATERING. EXCELLENT LOCATION

CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM NEEDED RESETTING SEVERAL TIMES DURING OUR STAY. MAY NEED TO BE CHECKED OUT BY ENGINEER. KITCHEN FACILITIES GENERALLY VERY GOOD BUT A SECOND FRIDGE WOULD BE A VERY USEFUL ADDITION, ESPECIALLY OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD. A SET OF KITCHEN SCALES WOULD ALSO BE OF BENEFIT

Fantastic central location. Beautiful house with excellent facilities. Everything provided. Beds (apart from one) ultra comfortable.

Our only complaint was that the bed in the 4th bedroom was a sofa bed & not very comfortable.

The location of the house was excellent and the facilities were generally very good

We had difficulty in heating the house, despite following the instructions given. We were all cold for most of the weekend.

We loved the close proximity to the village and the walking paths to the grocery, Co-op, and other areas. The location is also central to exploring many other villages and gardens for short day trips. The kitchen is large and modern, and the sunroom overlooking the garden was our go to place for eating breakfast and drinking tea in the evenings. Having four updated bathrooms was wonderful for our group of ladies, as well! Tracy, the owner, always responded immediately if we had questions. We met Julie when she came to put the rummage bins out, and she was very friendly and delightful, too.

Spotlessly clean. Really well equipped and extremely comfortable. Excellent welcome pack and our hosts had put up a happy birthday banner and balloons as they knew we were celebrating a 70th birthday with our family. A really nice touch. Thank you.

The bed in the smallest room wasn’t particularly comfortable apparently but wasn’t a big issue and didn’t spoil our enjoyment of our stay.
