Die Klimaanlage ist im Wohnzimmer und als wir die Wohnung Abends betraten, war diese ausgeschaltet und die Fenster offen, was zu 30°C in der Wohnung. Das Schlafzimmer am anderen Ende der Wohnung war so für die Nacht nicht mehr Kühl zu bekommen.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est proche du centre ville. Nous avons tout fait à pieds. Les hôtes ont été très bienveillants et la communication optimale avant notre arrivée, à notre arrivée et à notre départ.

Close to the center and the beach (10-14 min walk), well equipped apartman with a small balcony with a nice view. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Huge plus for the garage.

There is no air condition in the bedroom.

Pleasant neighborhood, quiet location, close to the .center of Sanremo. Small balcony with nice view of the valley. The apartment was equipped plentyfull in high quality; we did not miss anything. The garage was really convenient, we appreciated coming to the center of Sanremo and having a private garage at the house, where finding a parking is a challenge and not cheap. Very friendly host is fluent in many languages, took well care for the guests and was available for all questions. We enjoyed the stay and the communication with the host, thank you so much for everything.

Everything was absolutly perfect. Please note, the garage is confortable in width, suitable also for most SUVs, and good for an average car. Length is approx. 1,73 meter, e.g. a Mercedes C-class, BMW serie 3, and the like will fit, larger cars e.g. a Mercedes E-class, BMW serie 5 station wagon or serie 7 may not fit, and in this case you cannot close the garage door. Which is a problem, for other things stored in the garage, like the owner's two-wheeler, will be exposed to potential theft.
