Posizione centralissima, a due passi dalla via commerciale di Lignano, parcheggio privato nella corte (se disponibile anche coperto) e casa pulita e spaziosa. Proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile

Location is the best

No information about parking fees before booking (even the name of apartment include the word: parking) , charged 20€ per day, including both arrival and departure days. For 3 nights, we paid 80€ extra. Comfort was lacking; everything felt cheap. The kettle was leaking while boiling water. No internet (we were aware, but still disappointing). There was a power outage at 10 PM. in arrival it was requested us to take the keys in another address, the owner was not there. We had to call and send message, to check where to get the keys. Before the stay she tried to scam us by 150€ and after the stay the owner contacted booking and further tries to scam us by 350€. stay away from this accomodation. EDIT: The owner keeps lying. We paid €275.96 for 3 nights, and it was not worth it! Nothing was broken we were really respectful with the property and she tried to scam us! CAREFUL booking this property!

The terms of the accomodation place is exploiting a bug in Booking.com for catfishing by charging double the amount and not being willing to cancel or change.

We decided for last moment to spend Silvester in Lignano. The apartment had a great location right in the city center. After arrival, the owner was waiting for us at the agreed place. She was very kind. she showed us the apartment in detail, explained everything. The apartment was completely renovated, with new equipment. Tuned into the details. There is also laundry and bed linen in it, which is usually not included in Lignano. We were in the apartment during the winter, it was also important for me to have heating, which was working very good. A small treat was waiting for us on the table - a croissant for everyone. On New Year's Eve, the owner surprised us with a little prosseco and cakes! Communication with the owner after booking was fast and great. I will definitely return to the apartment and will also offer it to my clients.

We are in the apartment in the winter so no problem, but in the summer it can be missing Balcony.
