Urban 2 - Apartment for modern nomads

We liked the location and the size of the apartment. Easy check in and the kitchen and living room were spacious.

It was not a pleasant experience because it hadn't been recently cleaned (eventhough we specifically mentioned that's very important). The floor was filthy, our socks turned black immediately. The bathroom floor had hair all over, the toilet bowl although it said desinfected, when we opened it there were stains and we had to clean it. The showerhead hose was broken. There was mold in the shower stall. The couches were very short and uncomfortable. One pillowcase had marks from makeup.

Thanks to our host, we had a great time during our stay in here! To start with, the host of this apartment was kind, punctual, fast with messages, and most of all, extremely helpful for me and my family. He was easy to communicate and deal with while being very specific and clear. His instructions and rules for the house were also very clear (with photographs, videos, and URLs of locations) so we had little to no troubles with finding the apartment and getting inside. He provided us with not only the needs like clean towels and toiletries but also coffee and some other basic needs. The apartment was clean when we arrived, and they've done a good job. All of the machines were working well, including the heating system. It also was in a calm and quite neighborhood where we could reach out to supermarkets, cafes, stores, and it was close to the city center (suitable for a walk through the city). I can say that, as a woman, the stay here is specifically safe for single female travellers and everyone else that will stay in Skopje, North Macedonia. Also, when we needed another apartment to stay overnight, he immediately provided one, which was clean, safe, comfortable, and easy to find. The hospitality and comfort here was perfect! This exceptionally comfortable and cozy apartment is beautifully clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts are dedicated and hospitable, and upon arrival, they didn't miss the chance to delight us with a lovely package of coffee, chocolates, and tea. Thank you for the incredible experience!

Everything was okay. I do not have any complaint

The apartment is very spacious, an excellent location, impeccable cleanliness, and full amenities. Lazar proved to be an exceptional host.

To be honest BEDROOM is wide enough and bads are confortable There is 2 TV in the unit One in the bedroom one in the living room , Kitchen is wide enough and have most of the equipment, apartment have wide balcony , Supermarket is right by the apartment but they are closed on Sundays

To be honest Apartment is at good location , but Unit was not cleaned Before we move in and when I spoke to owner he told me there is alot of fog out side because of the weather there is a dust inside the house , wich is doesnt make sence he didnt maintain the cleaning and when i mention about it he told me if I want he can send somebody to clean the unit and I told him he spossed to clean Before i move in we made a reservation at least 15 days before i get in to apartment he had alot of time , Its very unprofessional business people have money , gold or other valuble materials I cant or I dont have to trust everybody Who i don't know He was saying I can send somebody but you have to be out of apartment 1 hour wich I didn't eccept.
