"Wenn man eine sehr schöne Villa sucht und es lieber ruhig haben will, ist man hier goldrichtig!"

Die Villa ist supertoll! Man hat sehr viel Platz, alles ist neu und sauber und es ist eine reichhaltige Ausstattung in der Küche vorhanden. Von einem Schlafzimmer und der Dachterasse hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Umgebung und den Sternenhimmel. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Aussatttung hatte ein Fön gefehlt und am nächsten Tag hat ihn gleich jemand vorbeigebracht. Man bekommt vor Ankunft den WLAN- Code, kann sich dann bei Eintreffen schon vor Betreten ins Haus WLAN einloggen und sofort mit dem Besitzer Kontakt aufnehmen (wenn er nicht da sein sollte). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Der nächste Supermarkt ist so 5 - 10 min entfernt. Wunderschöne Strände ebenfalls!

Le propriétaire est vraiment très gentil, et essaie de bien faire et se donne de la peine. Nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. La région de Bel Ombre est tranquille et magnifique.

La maison nécessite des travaux, problème d'infiltration d'eau. Le chauffe-eau se déclenche fréquemment. Manque des ustensiles de cuisine et un vrai four, car cuisiner pour 6 avec deux plaques et un micro-ondes n'est pas facile.

"Bien dans l'ensemble"

Quartier très calme, maison très agréable et vaste, besoin d'une voiture pour se déplacer, on a apprécié machine à laver le linge

Ustensiles pour faire la cuisine en nombre limité, on aurait apprécié l'eau chaude dans la cuisine, il faudrait une clim dans le très grande chambre, dans chaque chambre, il faudrait des rideaux à chaque fenêtre et occultant, il n'y a pas de protége matelas. Prévoir une sécurisation des points d'eau pour les enfants.
