מיקום נוח.. חדש ונקי ! חניון מקורה מתחת לבניין.. דירה מאובזרת לחלוטין.. מרפסת נחמדה מאד

רק להוסיף קצת קולבים לתלייה.. ואולי בקבוק מים במקרר היה יכול להיות מקסים
