PHPlace is near the Jesselton point, money changer and restaurants, price is affordable compared to other options like this. Owner is nice and able to comply on my requests
You need to have the instructions given before you come here as I got lost finding the unit and also there is no reception on the area. If you are a foreigner you should get local Simcard to get around
