Modern 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment

Perfect location near Lidl and a gym next door and has off road parking which is a bonus for contractors with tools on there van l. The host is very helpful and easy to deal with

The location was exactly what we wanted - very close to where our daughter is staying while at the University. We found the apartment well furnished and comfortable, and it was an easy walk to the bus station, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. With the door access code (instead of a key) it was very easy for some to stay while others went out; no issues with security or re-entry. We appreciated the coat hooks in the entry way and the puzzles in the living room. Having two bathrooms was a special feature, setting this place apart from so many others. Val was very accommodating considering the weather, offering to block the time after our stay in case the weather forced us to change plans.

The double bed frame had a footboard that my feet hit at night, and there wasn't a lot of room to put the luggage (or closet/drawer space to put clothes). The price was reduced due to the windows being mostly covered, but we weren't told that until after we booked. (We probably would have chosen the place anyway, but it would have been nice to know up front.) While the heat is easily adjusted, you have to be taller than average to access the controls. There was no second lock on the door to prevent entry should someone else know/guess the key code. There were no instructions regarding how to manage recyclables / rubbish.

Location is ok. Is a little difficult to park a car. Upper flat is holiday property as well You can't park out of properties drive way. It's not enough space for 2 cars.

There were 4 beds but only a 3 seater settee, needed another comfy seat

Property provided everything needed for a short or long stay. It's central to everything with several amenities nearby. The host was fantastic, polite, attentive and provided a number of recommendations such as restaurants, local supermarkets etc. We're often in Aberdeen and this is a place that we'll be looking to go back to.

Very good location, great communication and help from the owner of the property. The apartment has everything what you need in working conditions.

Parking was only one thing. Had to ask neighbor to move the car but it wasn't that big hassle.

Good location, and nice to have a bath available. All kitchen facilities great, and close to several bus stops to get into town and airport- (though we didn't fly) Close to a busy street but peaceful at night. Host communication was good too

Not much, difficult to control heating and a teapot would be useful!

The house was lovely and cosy and felt like a proper home from home. Great having a place to park right outside the flat, takes away the stress of finding and paying for a space. Location is brilliant, just a short drive to town, the beach and university but buses went by regularly too.
