Very central, facilities were as described, apartment was set out nicely and kitchen has everything you wanted. On site staff dealt with issues immediately

Central means you’re above Tescos and therefore expect deliveries at 6am and the lack of double glazing means you’re wide awake unless you sleep heavy. Place was cold and shower needed a deep clean. In fairness, the local agent brought a heater and did a good attempt at cleaning the shower. They do provide foam ear plugs.

Not much but sofa bed could have been more comfortable. Otherwise, a great find.

The property location is great but be aware that it’s right in the center of Tenby. In the mornings it can be noisy with delivery to Tesco which the flat is above. For me that was no issue as up quite early anyway. To be in the center offers many advantages. All restaurants and shops on your doorstep and a vey short walk to the beach. The flat is comfy and cosy and very nice at night with the lights around the kitchen area. The bed is comfortable but the pull out bed not so good.

The entrance and stairs to all the flats are not well maintained. Not a problem but would be nice if hoovered and kept in better order. The shower water trap needs a good clean inside. Looks like it has not been cleaned for a very long time.

Brilliant location, was only a 5 minute walk at most from everything so we were in a great spot. Bed was comfy too and the kitchen had everything we needed!

Windows were old so bedroom one wouldn’t stay open and living room one wouldn’t close
