Expérience tout confort à l’hôtel Phu Hai à Phan Thiet! Un 4 étoiles qui a tout d’un 5! Nous avons particulièrement adoré notre villa vue mer: spacieuse, parfaitement équipée et très confortable — un vrai petit cocon avec une vue magnifique. La plage est un gros point fort de l’établissement: grande, propre et agréable, avec transats confortables et parasols, idéale pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. Mention spéciale aussi au personnel, à la fois très serviable, efficace et toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire - un service vraiment appréciable tout au long du séjour. Merci! Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour un séjour reposant à Phan Thiet !

"Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek"

Mój pobyt był zbyt krótki aby nacieszyć się pięknem tego miejsca. Zadbany ogród, czysto wszędzie . Personel bardzo uczynny i miły. Pokoje wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzeba, wygodne łóżka.

The beach is nice and clean Pool water is clear Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a piano ,old not fully functional but our son enjoyed. Easy access to restaurants and other shops. Few activities for kids are available.

Room is very outdated and lizards were coming in your room . Old furniture and smells No air conditioning at the restaurant. Breakfast is same every day and poor. Food is kept in hot temperature and most uncovered. flies all over the food Pictures are not the same in reality . The resort was full of old grumpy tourists. Air conditioning in the room is not really good. Cleaners trying their best but sometimes forgot to change towels,leave toilet paper. Not 4* , is more like between 2...3*.

"Immer wieder! Ein tolles Resort"

Wir lieben das Resort! Wir waren nun zum 2. Mal dort und würden auch noch ein 3. Mal her kommen! Alles ist mit viel Liebe angelegt und vermittelt Ruhe und Erholung. Der Strand ist einer der schönsten, die wir auf unserer Reise gesehen haben!

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen - dafür ist der Preis aber auch recht niedrig. Das Personal im Spa war nicht motiviert und unfreundlich - das restliche Personal aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

"Super schöner Urlaub"

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal im Phu Hai und es war und ist nach wie vor einer der schönsten Anlagen die wir kennen! Das gesamte Personal ist total freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wieder mal ein klasse Urlaub, vielen lieben Dank und bis irgendwann wieder einmal!
