Location and how comfortable is the apartment, there are many details which makes it great

There were some ants in the kitchen

Close to the beach and clean

All was good

Location is very central, 5min walk to great shops, lovely beaches, water parks. Private car parking is huge bonus as there is never parking (so many places in Tenerife the car parking a problem so nice not to worry about it). Plenty size for the 3 of us. Ameneties plenty with toiletries, utensils, even a table umbrella that was used for beach and pool (pool also a great bonus too). Smart TV in front room too.

As much as we loved it, i HAVE to mention, the lack of air conditioning would mean we could not stay here again, although 2 fans provided, it just does not clear out the dead heat in the apartment on the hotter days and nights. Also, there were loads of ants in every room, counters, walls, floors (luckily beds were ok). I googled it and supposedly they are known to be pests in Tenerife, called Pharoah Ants and while not dangerous in relation to bites and so on, can be dangerous if get on foods which meant we had to limit what food we stored in the apartment which doesn't help with a 3 year old when needed to store snacks. We used tupperware on what we did store.

It was beautifully presented, very clean, safe and secure. It is in an excellent location with easy access to the beach and swimming pool. The balcony is a fabulous bonus.

Besides the pillows and bedsheets, everything was very clean. The host provided us with all the necessary information for self check-in and was very polite and friendly.

When we booked we had several options, but chose to pay extra knowing there is a pool in the complex. No one told us that the pool was out of use until 1st of July. The pillows and bedsheets smelled bad so we decided not to use them and replace the bedsheets.

Location was close to beach and restaurants.

The apartment is near to the beach and all the main strip so if want to have some good night life or be in the thick of it its a cracking place. Its also just around the corner to it so really quite quiet. An upstairs apartment meant that we could leave the windows open at night so the cool breeze sorted out the heat without the worry of someone popping in :-) The apartment itself is light and airy with all modern twists, there is mood lighting on the balcony and the usable space is really good. the TV in the main area is the one with everything on it, the one in the bedroom is slightly limited but perfectly acceptable if you either speak Spanish or want something to fall asleep to (and if you dont you can actually see the main one from bed anyway) Beds wise it was super comfy, very clean and again really modern, loved the bedroom lights either side and the fan was great for the first night. Kitchen has everything if you did want a longer stay and the added bonus of a bottle of wine and a big bottle of water helped when we arrived in the middle of the night. Thank you very much for letting us use it, we will certainly stay there if when back on the island

Minor minor thing, could do with some soaps for the bathroom and maybe a few coffee sachets. But honestly thats majorly minor stuff.

A superb apartment with everything you might need. All the equipment in the apartment is new, or recently renovated. The bed is extremely spacious and comfortable. You can sleep like a baby. The host Tino was amazingly helpful and friendly, and helped me with my suitcases. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. There are supermarkets very close by if you like to cook at home. (By the way, the kitchen even has an oven!!!) The beach is 3 min. away! PERFECT!
