The location is great, right in the middle of things. Some reviews mentioned the noise, but with windows closed etc I slept very well.

The lifts are dated and slow, but then again I was on holiday and not in a rush,

Fantastic panoramic front sea view, air conditioner, proximity to beaches, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, city center. Alexander was very helpful and available 24/7.

无敌风景，非常整洁舒适的公寓。厨房设施齐全，床很舒服，完全可以满足一周左右短期度假的需求。位置非常方便，去海滩方便、购物方便，公共交通也方便。虽然不提供停车位，但是在远一点的地方也能找到停车位置，只是需要走一小段路。如果再来Tenerife 度假，还会选择这个公寓。 房主很好沟通，入住前提供非常详尽的信息，在很繁华的中心位置非常容易就找到公寓。入住前、中、后也及时回复信息👍

唯一不足的地方就是楼下的酒吧晚上的噪音太大，如果能够接受睡觉带耳塞，或者卧室窗户换成更隔音的窗户就完美了

Beautifully maintained & spotlessly clean apartment. Everything we needed was provided. The air-con was excellent for keeping the apartment cool & the view was fabulous. Alex stayed in touch & was very helpful throughout our stay. The location was close to shops, bars & a taxi rank. All in all.... a lovely stay.

Bohužel nemohu pobyt hodnotit kladně. V pokoji byl výrazný zápach z odpadu a během pobytu se objevili švábi. Tyto problémy výrazně zhoršily celkový komfort. Ubytování má potenciál, zařízení je dostačující, ale hygienické podmínky potřebují zlepšit. Dále mohu potvrdit předchozí recenze o hluku. Určitě není toto ubytování vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi nebo pro někoho, kdo se chce v klidu vyspat. O problémech s odpadem a šváby jsem správce apartmánu informovala, ale jeho přístup nebyl takový, jaký bychom očekávali. Reagoval tím, že pravidelnou dezinfekci provádí a že v jednom z bytů došlo k úniku vody a probíhalo čištění.

There were crockroaches in the kitchen so before we use any glass or dish we had to disinfect it and wash it first. I even kept the opened cereals in the fridge because of that. There is a bad smell coming from the sink I guess. Disgusting! The bathroom was dirty. We had a fan to use in the bedroom(the AC is in the living room) that it didn't work. The noise is unbearable between 9pm-4am as it's a clubbing area. We could't rest properly. I assume the photos of the property were taken ages ago

Idealny kontakt z bardzo miłym właścicielem. Zgodził nam się na dużo wcześniejsze zameldowanie dzięki czemu mieliśmy cały dzień na wypoczynek. Miejsce troszkę głośne, co miało swój urok 😉 ale bardzo czyste i wygodne. Czuliśmy się jak w domu tylko z pięknym widokiem na ocean. Dziękujemy!!!
